CBA Home Loan Guarantee Offer – Nine days to go!

The CBA Home Loan Guarantee Offer to beat any advertised rate for a Home Loan from ANZ, NAB and Westpac by 0.01% will end at close of business on Friday 9 December 2011.

This offer is available to new and existing customers where the customer is taking up new borrowings of $100,000 or more with a base LVR of 90% or less.

To take advantage of this offer you must:

 

•  Submit a Home/Investment Home Loan or Line of Credit application by 11:59pm on Friday 9 December 2011; and

•  Documents must be issued by Friday 23 December 2011; or

•  Convert a Home Seeker to a full application and to have documents issued by Friday 23 December 2011.
